Dear customer, please consider that Sea Lily is a boutique designer when you place your orders. Please place them with care as a high volume of exchanges and returns are difficult for us to handle.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. Sea Lily has partnered with UPS and USPS for all our domestic shipments and we ship with USPS mail or UPS ground service or 2 day air. Please select your option when you check out. UPS ground service usually takes 3-6 business days. Orders are calculated depending on your location and which of our shipping services you select. Shipping prices are included in the final checkout screen before you complete the transaction. Once the order has shipped, the customer will be sent a confirmation email and tracking number. Please check your inbox and spam folder for shipment notification. Once the order has been shipped we cannot cancel the order. It must be returned back for a refund or exchange.
Please keep in mind that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please be accurate when you give us your address details, as we will not be liable if the address that you have given is incorrect.
Sea Lily ships to select countries in Europe as well as Australia and New Zealand. Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. We offer a flat shipping rate of $25 for international shipping. Once the order has shipped, the customer will be sent a confirmation email with shipping information. Orders will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) and can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Please keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible for lost packages or delays that may happen due to customs. Customer assumes all responsibility for duties, taxes, and/or custom fees. Once the order has been shipped we cannot cancel the order. It must be returned back for a refund or exchange.

Sea Lily offers a 10-day (after receipt) return policy for all orders within the United States. It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 4 days of receiving your order.
All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition with original tags attached. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item was damaged before or during delivery. We are not responsible for lost items in transit; therefore, we suggest you use a delivery service with a tracking number. Once we receive and inspect your items we will issue a refund (less the original shipping costs). A confirmation email will be sent. After 10 days all purchases become final.
